Mi nyár heve az érő kalásznak,

Mi élesztő a kenyérkovásznak,

Úgy vagytok Bennünk – vagy Mi Bennetek?

Sikerül Életvizet vennetek,

Ha pusztul az Élet, és úgy látszik,

A gonoszság délibábja játszik

Földön lakó égi halandókkal!

Ki tudja ezt megmondani szóval,

Honnan jő e szent varázsa
